Welcome to UMixer ("the App"), a native iOS application developed by Jason King ("the developer"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
UMixer is a mobile tool designed to assist users in organizing and creating custom playlists within their personal YouTube accounts. The App utilizes Google OAuth credentials to securely authenticate users and access necessary YouTube API features on their behalf.
To use the features of this App, you must connect your personal Google/YouTube account via Google Sign-In. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
By downloading, installing, or using UMixer to interact with YouTube, you acknowledge, understand, and agree that you are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Any violation of YouTube's official policies or guidelines while using the App will result in immediate termination of your access to our service.

UMixer is distributed as a freemium application. The App provides a lifetime allotment of three (3) playlist mix generations with full application functionality at zero cost. Once this introductory tier is exhausted, further playlist mix generation requires an active subscription.
Your use of the App is also governed by the developer's Privacy Policy. The App operates strictly as a client-side execution tool on your iOS device; your authentication tokens and playlist structures are stored locally on your device or transmitted directly to Google APIs, and are not harvested or stored on external servers controlled by us.
The Developer reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or limit your access to UMixer at any time, without notice, for any conduct that they believe violates these Terms, harms other users, or infringes upon the operational integrity of Google or YouTube APIs.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. The developer does not guarantee that the creation or management of playlists will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free due to dependency on external Google API infrastructure. In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
