UMixer (iOS)

UMixer is an iOS application designed to seamlessly connect to your personal YouTube account, letting you remix existing YouTube playlists. Videos can be added to the new playlist either sequentially, starting where you choose, or randomly. Don’t just accept what the algorithm gives you. Don’t spend time building playlists by hand. Get what you want, how you want it, quickly and conveniently.

How It Works

1. Secure Sign-In

Log into your personal YouTube account safely using official Google OAuth authentication secure tokens.

2. Fetch Playlists

UMixer displays your existing saved playlists directly inside the clean, intuitive iOS interface.

3. Custom Remixing

Select multiple playlists and add videos from them to a new playlist, randomly or sequentially, in the order you choose.

4. Watch Anywhere

The created playlists appear inside of your YouTube playlists section and can be viewed, shared, or deleted like any other playlist from anywhere you can access YouTube.

Google API Disclosure & Compliance

UMixer uses the YouTube Data API to provide core media management functionality to our users. To ensure transparency during the Google OAuth verification process, please note the following data handling details:

- Data Access: UMixer accesses your YouTube account exclusively to retrieve your existing public/private playlists and to create or modify newly generated playlist remixes on your behalf.

- Data Usage: The access tokens and data retrieved via the YouTube Data API are strictly utilized on your local iOS device to process your custom playlist configurations.

- Data Storage: We do not host, store, or transmit your personal YouTube data, profile details, or playlist configurations to any external server. All configuration actions occur on-device.

- Data Sharing: Your personal information and data retrieved via Google APIs are never sold, shared, or distributed to third-party entities or advertising platforms.

By using UMixer, you grant permission to modify playlists within your account setup. You can revoke access at any time via your Google Security Settings page.
